Lincoln Tuesday 6-a-side: Action Recap

The Lincoln Tuesday 6-a-side league at the Keith Alexander Football Centre continued in some style this week, with lots of goals across four terrific games of football. 

Third-placed Crystal Phallus Cowboys began the action, as they beat Ghandis Barmy Army 4-2 with goals from Lloyd Shaw, a brace from Jake Rowe and another from Chris Thompson. 

Bafana Bafana picked up a crucial third win of the season, easing to a 5-1 win over Team 5 thanks to a Jack Roberts hattrick, with Charlie Bee, Jamie Richardson and Jack Wilkes chipping in with a goal apiece as well. 

Light Session seemed like they indeed had a light session during the game, as they eased past Hippo Hunters 5-0, before Murder on Zidane’s Floor earned a vital result. 

In a tasty top-of-the-table clash, they managed to topple league leaders Dilksys in a 1-0 win, drawing level on points.
