Lincoln Tuesday 6-a-side: An unbelievable scoreline!

This week saw some absolutely whirlwind games in the Lincoln Tuesday 6-a-side, with the Keith Alexander Football Centre playing host to arguably the most entertaining round of fixtures this season. 

Ghandis Barmy Army kicked things off against Hippo Hunters, beating them 5-1 to pick up some crucial points and move up into fifth place. 

Dilksys XI continued their superb form atop the table, as they eased to a 4-0 win over Team 5 to keep their two-point lead intact. 

Bafana Bafana beat Crystal Phallus Cowboys 4-0 to draw level with them on points, inspired by goals from Christopher Webster and Jack Kiszka. 

The ultimate highlight of the week, however, was the clash between second-placed Murder on Zidane’s Floor and Borussia Teeth. The former were in absolutely rampant form, as they demolished BT 16-0, with two of their goalscorers bagging five goals apiece! 

This result was a huge boost in their title chase and a massive improvement in their goal difference with a statement display.
