Lincoln Tuesday 6-a-side: Attack and defend with everything!

The Lincoln Tuesday 6-a-side league at the Keith Alexander Football Centre continued to produce some top-class action this week, and not just in terms of goals, but also some resolute defending to complement it. 

Bafana Bafana beat Hippo Hunters 4-0 to climb to third in the table with a solid performance. 

Murder on Zidane’s Floor then bettered that by a terrific win of their own, dispatching Crystal Phallus Cowboys 6-0.

League leaders and reigning champions Dilksys XI proved just why they’re the team to beat once again, as they absolutely steamrolled Light Session to a 15-0 victory with another high-scoring game and a clean sheet for the winning side. 

The only game that didn’t see a clean sheet was Team 5’s clash with Ghandis Barmy Army, as the latter battled to a 3-2 win after a thrilling affair.
