Lincoln Tuesday 6-a-side: Heating Up!

The Lincoln Tuesday 6-a-side league rolled on with some more cracking games this week as we approach the tail-end of the season.

Leaders and reigning champions Dilksys XI crushed Hippo Hunters 11-0 to maintain their two-point lead atop the table. A Sam Booth brace, a Tom Maxwell hattrick and four-goal haul from Joe Booth kept them well on their way to a title defence. 

Murder on Zidane’s Floor kept themselves intact in second place thanks to a walkover. They will need to fight hard to topple Dilksys. Shits and Giggles climbed out of the bottom two thanks to a great performance against Shits and Giggles, winning the nine-goal corker 6-3.
