Lincoln Tuesday 6-a-side league: Weekly Roundup

The new season of the Lincoln Tuesday 6-a-side league continued to roll on in the second round of fixtures at the Keith Alexander Football Centre. 

Some great games were on display, and the evening's action kicked off with Verve FC and Dilksys Xi going head-to-head. Both sides were in good form, ending the game locked in at 3-3, with Jack Goodwin claiming Man of the Match.

Inspired by a Nigel Owusu hattrick, Lincoln ACS managed to beat Diabetico Madrid 4-2 to move into top spot by dethroning their opponents on the night. The Batty Slappers and Borussia Teeth played out a tense 1-1 stalemate to round off the evening's games.
