Louth Wednesday 6-a-side: Weekly Recap

This week, the Louth Wednesday 6-a-side league rolled on with some more great games at the Pavillion, as well as seeing some friendlies. 

In the Premier League, leaders Louth Saint-Germain’s walkover took them three points clear at the top of the table, after For Evra Young stumbled, falling to a 4-3 defeat with a spirited display from Brown Cow to grab the win. 

Division 1 saw some terrific entertainment, as 6 Guys 1 Cup moved up into third after beating Ganstas Allardyce 3-1. Bendtner Over grabbed only their second win of the campaign, cruising to a 6-2 victory against SyndromeDownMoneyUp. 

The top two in Only Put Matip In and MLC locked horns in a fiery contest, as the former managed to keep their momentum intact. Beating MLC 2-1 in a tough battle, the leaders now have a two-point gap atop the division standings.
