Sunday 15th May - Swadlincote Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Swadlincote Sunday 6 a side league this week, which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled barring MFS and a late cancellation from Perfect Peaches, both of which have confirmed they will return on Sunday 22nd May and we look forward to seeing them back in attendance.

Netsix and Chill won the battle of the top two this week as they put a three point gap between themselves and Boom Xhakalaka whom they beat 2-0.

Third placed Xavi Dodgers made short work of Pique Blinders this week as they ran out 5-0 winners to stay in third place, with fourth placed Budweiser FC also winning by the same scoreline against Show Me Da Mane.

Game of the week in terms of entertainment involved new team Murder on Zidane's Floor on their debut game, as they ran out 6-3 winners against 5 and Drive FC in a thrilling matchup!
