Sunday 16th March - Swadlincote Round-Up

It was an excellent evening's football in the Swadlincote Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches throughout the night and some well competed games on display.

One of the most intense matches of the night saw 6 Men 1 Cup face off against Vivid FC in an exciting contest. Despite a valiant effort by 6 Men 1 Cup, Vivid FC emerged victorious with a final score of 4-2. The standout player in the match was undoubtedly Reece Leithead-Greer of Vivid FC, who added two fantastic goals to his tally, becoming the top scorer in the Premier League division.

In another gripping match, Kneel In The Bath Utd couldn't hold their ground against the might of Paralympiakos, with the latter claiming a comfortable win of 3-1. The tactical prowess displayed by Paralympiakos was commendable, setting the pace for a thrilling week of football.

Meanwhile, Charv clinched a narrow win of 2-1 against Mother Munchers in a game that was closely fought from start to finish. This victory added yet another layer of unpredictability to an already volatile Premier League division.

But the surprise of the night came when Inter Ya Nan delivered a stunning performance, defeating Isn't It FC 3-0. This victory displayed their sheer dominance and determination to climb up the Premier League division rankings.

We wish all teams the best of luck as we head into game week 11 of the campaign with Swadlincote's premier providers of small sided football!
