Sunday 6th April - Swadlincote Round-Up

It was a fantastic evening's football in the Swadlincote Sunday 6 a side league this week with all teams in attendance throughout the night and the new Division One teams playing their first matches too!

In the Premier League, 6 Men 1 Cup dominated the field with a 3-0 victory over Charv. Displaying effective teamwork and impressive skill, the team moved the ball with precision and intensity, leaving their opponents with no chance to counter.

Elsewhere in the Premier League, Kneel In The Bath Utd scraped by with a narrow 1-0 victory against Isnt It FC, while Paralympiakos outclassed Mother Munchers with a stunning 4-1 win. The league's top scorer for the night was an unnamed player from Paralympiakos, who netted a remarkable hat trick, further securing their team's victory.

Turning to Division 1, Acca For Spaca continued their winning streak with a well-deserved 3-0 win over League Of Nations. Their exceptional defensive play and swift counter-attacks left League of Nations scrambling to keep up.

Meanwhile, Only Put Matip In managed to secure a 3-1 victory over Raami FC, thanks to some stellar performances and a brace from their top scorer.

We welcome new team 'Boomerangs Are Back' to the league this week, wishing them good luck going into their first fixture on Sunday 13th April.
