Sunday 8th May - Swadlincote Round-Up

Overall it was a good evening's football in the Swadlincote Sunday 6 a side league this week, with the only disappointment being a second consecutive non-attendance from Swad Rams who've now been removed from the league due to their unreliability.

Top of the pile Netsix and Chill continue to stave off second placed Boom Xhakalaka who they remain a point ahead of.  Netsix edged past Budweiser FC by a 2-1 score line, whilst Boom do all they can to keep pace with the leaders, they were convincing 6-1 winners over Pique Blinders.

Other action saw MFS FC claim their third win on the spin since joining this week, as they were 4-1 winners against Gavatasaray Reserves in another impressive performance.  Deportivo De La Zouch continue their impressive form since joining, they've only lost 1 in 7 since joining, their fourth win in that time came this week in the form of a 3-0 triumph over 5 and Drive FC, whilst Show Me Da Mane were 4-0 victors against Perfect Peaches to complete the action.
