In an exhilarating week 6 of the St Leonards-on-sea Sunday 7 a side Football League, teams across the divisions clashed in a display of skill, strategy, and sportsmanship. The week was packed with intense matches, some leading to surprising results.
In the Premier League division, Beauport Massive FC and Champagne Super Rovers locked horns in a thrilling encounter that ended in a 2-2 draw. Both teams demonstrated great teamwork and resilience, leaving the spectators on the edge of their seats till the very end.
However, the most astonishing match of the week was between Oreo FC and Unions 80eight. Unions 80eight dominated the field with an astonishing 9-0 victory, thanks to their ferocious attack and solid defence. The star of the show was Dan Sheppard, who netted a whopping six goals for Unions 80eight, making him the top scorer in the division.
Simultaneously, the match between WSFC and Chegnutts FC ended in a 1-1 draw showcasing the evenly matched competition in the division. Despite several attempts from both sides, the decisive goal eluded each team, leading to an intense stalemate.
