With the league yet again full up, we had plenty of action to bring to you this week, with all fixtures in play.
We are now only a couple of weeks away from the end of the season and only a couple of weeks away from being able to announce our end of season prizes!
PREMIER LEAGUE TEAM OF THE WEEK!
There could really only be one team worthy of taking home the imaginary 'team of the week' trophy this week and it had to yet again go to The Cavs. These guys have made quite the entrance into this league and are simply brushing any opponent aside that comes up against them with a 10-1 victory this week. I very much look forward to Luke Saunders and his team getting a fresh new season to see how long they can continue this winning run and fine form they find themselves in. Im told by multiple referees that they are going to be a very strong force in the league and will certainly give our top teams a competitive match!
PREMIER LEAGUE MOTM AWARDS!
Louie Chambers - Benteke Fried Chicken - Louie and his team are one of our newest teams to entry the league, so extremely well played for him to get himself on the MVP table on his first match.
DIVISION ONE TEAM OF THE WEEK!
This week the award goes to BNP Paribas for their very convincing 4-0 win against their rivals in the chase for promotion, which also helped them leap frog their opponents back into 2nd place and back into the promotion zone. This has been a much improved season for Will Banks and his team, more improvement than we could have foreseen from their previous season. They have really become a solid team over the course of the season and are very much worthy of their 2nd place position. I would be very interested to see how they do in the higher division, as their rise in form could continue to rise.
DIVISION ONE MOTM!
Charlie Gordon - Man Chest hair United - Charlie had a very impressive game for his team and really was their bight spark in the middle and almost always in the centre of attention when they were on the attack.
Ben Rogers - Who Ate all Depays - We are seeing this name popping up very frequently at the moment and for good reason. Ben has really established himself as a valuable member of the team and is vital in-between the sticks for their lack of goals conceded.
