Munter Hunters and Astroworldies impress!

3 weeks to go and things are still looking VERY competitive with plenty of league positions still up for grabs!

PREMIER LEAGUE TEAM OF THE WEEK!

This week, other results went in their favour and they really capitalised on it with a 1-0 win to climb up the table into 2nd place. We would be lying if we said they didn’t deserve to sitting near the top of the league after many, many impressive performances throughout the season so far. With these guys sitting just 2 points behind the league leaders and them going head to head with the current league leaders in a couple of weeks, there is still the chance to climb the league table further!

Sam Allen - Only Put - WOW! This guy could not have predicted to have a better game than his did...4 goals against one of the best teams in the league to secure a 4-3 win and give them only their 2nd ever defeat. Sam was vital for his team on Monday night!

DIVISION ONE TEAM OF THE WEEK!

Astroworldies get back to winning ways in a 2-1 win against one of their main competitors to help them climb up the table into 6th place and claim back to back wins for the first time since last season. These guys deserve to be higher in the league than they currently are, but this im sure is just a temporary drop in form that will be massively helped from these recent wins and a new, more secure defence that has now only conceded 1 goal in the last 2 games!

Sam Jones - Wasted Talent - Sam was another player that got onto the scoresheet and was hugely instrumental for his team to claim a much needed win on Monday night, which saw them climb into the top half of the table!
