The last weekly update for some time

Although we are still shut down with the Coronavirus and will be for the foreseeable future, let's take a look at last week's fixtures.

PREMIER LEAGUE TEAM OF THE WEEK!

This week it has to go to Three fingers in cider, last season these guys started well but didn't finish the season as well as they'd probably like, this season however things are going much more to plan after pulling off a shock 2-1 win against the only team that managed to beat our reigning league champions. A victory that was largely down to their man between the sticks Sam Belcher, who put in a MOTM performance, something very standard for him these days. Unfortunately though they can't capitalise on their momentum due to the league being currently shutdown from the Coronavirus outbreak.

DIVISION ONE TEAM OF THE WEEK!

2 Girls 1 Klopp will take the award home this week with ANOTHER win and a very comfortable 5-1. This latest victory gives them the perfect start to the season with 3 wins from 3 and sitting firmly at the top of the table. This team finished 2nd from bottom last season, so to be in this position now is an incredible turn around for them and a real shame that the Coronavirus outbreak had to get in the way of their impressive new run of form. Im sure they'll be able to continue as they were when we return.

DIVISION ONE MOTM

Reagan Harwood - Pick n Mix - Reagan really had to step up for his team this week against a very strong side and that he did! I very solid performance from him to help his team to a nervy 1-0 win.

As you guys are aware, we are still shut down due to the Coronavirus outbreak and will be for the foreseeable future, so in these uncertain times we have no idea when we will be able to return, all we can tell you is that we 100% will return as soon as it is safe to do so and when we do return, we promise to satisfy all of your burning football desires once again!
