The Vyne School -Basingstoke end of season!

END OF SEASON AWARDS ARE ANNOUNCED!

Another season has come to an end at The Vyne Community school in Basingstoke and we bring good news...

The league has just become too popular for 16 teams and so the time has come to expand to 18 teams,,,

How does this effect us? This means that we will now be going to 3 divisions to increase the competition in every game, as so many of you have asked for!

PREMIER LEAGUE CHAMPIONS!

2 girls 1 Klopp have snatched it in the last game of the season to claim their first premier league title! These guys have been worthy of the title for a few seasons now but have struggled with consistency. This season that final piece to the puzzle has been found and they were deservedly crowned league champions on Monday night after a very impressive 3-0 win...let the celebrations begin next week!

PREMIER LEAGUE RUNNERS UP!

Munter Hunters started the season slow but as the season grew, so did they. These boys climbed the table to go level on points with our champions and left it until the last game of the season to try and get their hands on that trophy. It was an impressive full debut season but im sure next season they’ll find another gear to challenge for that title again!

GOLDEN BOOT!

This guy has serious talent that everyone is very aware about. The first questions his opponents will ask is always “is Dre playing?” and when the answer is yes, shortly after you’ll hear a groan...a season tally of 29 goals sees him a full 10 goals more than his nearest competition...

DIVISION ONE LEAGUE CHAMPIONS!

Cripswitch Town had a very strong season, managing a final points tally more than any other team in the league and out of the 14 games, only recording 1 draw and 1 loss. Unbelievable full debut season from these lads to earn promotion. Im looking forward to seeing what they can achieve in the top division next season with what looks like a very strong squad.

DIVISION ONE RUNNERS UP!

First touch manage to also claim promotion and will go straight back into the top division, after only getting relegated in the most recent season. Clearly they dont belong in the bottom division after playing out a 1-1 draw against their main rivals on the final game of the season, which ensures these lads keep their 1 point advantage as runners up!

DIVISION ONE GOLDEN BOOT! 

This guy some how managed to join the league late and till win the golden boot. That guy Bailey Roffey has been unstoppable in front of goal during his debut season, almost guaranteing his team goals when he plays. 17 goals sees him top the table!

MOST VALUABLE PLAYER!

This guy is always one of the leagues most consistent players, every season competing for both the golden boot and MVP. This season he managed to get his hands on the prestigious award on the last game of the season and nobody would we surprised. Everyone knows the quality of James Hartwell to expect special things...
