The fifth week of the Brierley Hill Thursday Football League drew to a close last night, with riveting play and outstanding performances in both the Premier League and Division 1.
In the Premier League, The Clique displayed their dominance, winning their match against Inter Mi’Bathams 2-0. Exeter Gently also clinched a narrow victory over Kford & Co. with a tight scoreline of 3-2. Meanwhile, Here 4 A Pint After FC showed their mettle, defeating Hakuna Juan-Mata 3-0, further heating up the competition in the Premier League.
In Division 1, the matches were equally intense. Coombs Wood UnAthletic emerged victorious against Past It with a 3-2 win. Bellies Boys The Sequel and NiF ended their match in a 2-2 draw in a game that showcased the level of competition we have in Division 1. Borussia Monchenglassback also outmatched Blue Ballers, securing a definitive 5-1 victory.
The fifth week’s results have set the stage for intense competition in the coming weeks.
