A fantastic night of football in the Brierley Hill Wednesday 6-a-side League with all teams in attendance as expected.

We also welcomed new team 'Man Markers' to the league and put in some fantastic performances at the league. We wish them all the best moving forward and hope they look forward to the new season as much as we do!

The game of the week this week goes to the game between 'Spartacus' and 'Inter Bred FC'. A high tempo game that had chances and good play galore just not the goal in deserved as the points were shared in a 0-0 draw. Both goalkeepers were fantastic on the night, and it will be interesting to see if the deadlock can be broken when the teams meet again in future. 

Team of the week has to be new top of the table 'Bunch of Bricks'. A brilliant performance against their opponents on the night as the team look to take the first ever Brierley Hill Wednesday League title. How many times can they get a victory between now and the end of the season? Can they continue their charge when they take on 'Not a Scooby' next week?
