All the latest news for the Brierley Hill Wednesday 6-a-side League is direct from Thorns Collegiate Academy.

A fantastic night of very entertaining games of 6-a-side football in the Brierley Hill Wednesday League with all teams in attendance as expected.

The game of the evening was a tight game between 'Bunch of Bricks' and 'Not a Scooby' as two goals flew in, and some fantastic chances were created throughout. Although the game was 1-1 in the end and the points shared it was a brilliant watch for the neutral and was fun to see it play out. With two weeks to go and this result the title is anyone's guess as 'Inter Bred FC' have now gone top by a point with two games to go, can 'Not a Scooby' effect the race for the title again next week when they face 'Inter Bred FC'?

Our top side 'Inter Bred FC' are our team of the week as they provided a dominant display as they ran out 3-1 winners on the night. With two to go we are looking forward to seeing who will be our first ever Wednesday league champions in the final weeks of the season.
