A brilliant start to the second half of the first season in the Brierley Hill Wednesday 6-a-side League with all teams in attendance as expected.

We also welcomed new team 'Sub-Standard Liege' to the league and were put to the test in there first week. We wish them all the best moving forward and hope they look forward to the new season as much as we do!

The game of the week this week goes to the game between 'Queens Shark Rangers' and 'Not a Scooby'. A high tempo game that had chances and good play galore, but it was 'Queens Shark Rangers' who got the win under their belt and came away with the 3-1 win in the end. Next up for them is a game against the team knocked off top spot this week 'Bunch of Bricks' as they look to bounce back, who will come out on top?
