This week, the Brierley Hill Wednesday 6 a side football league entered its tenth week of the season and the competition was high as ever. Several matches took place in the Premier League division with some impressive results.
Paris Ganjaman faced off against International Lions in a highly anticipated match which saw the Lions emerge victorious with a score of 3-2. The Man Markers secured a 5-2 win against the Blue Ballers, while Paqueta Crisps were able to come away with a 5-0 win on the night.
One of the closest matches of the night was between Queens Park Strangers and Wombourne Every Minute which ended in a 3-3 draw, leaving both teams with a point each.
As always, the league featured some impressive performances but it was International Lions who were the team of the week. The teams talent on the pitch was undeniable as they secured a victory and earning them the recognition they deserved. Two points off the top two with four games left can they close the gap next week?
