Abingdon Monday 5 a side news - match day 16

The Abingdon Monday's 5-a-side football league rolled into an exciting week 16 of the season, delivering intriguing results across Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3. With only two weeks left, teams were jostling for prime positions, looking to secure their place for the next season.

DIVISION ONE  

In Division 1, Royal Madrid showed their prowess by dominating Aspergio Aguero with a solid 3-0 win. The Six Offenders were also in fine form, besting Intayanan 5-3 in a high-octane game. Wood A Lot and FC Unts treated us to a ten-goal thriller, with the former coming out on top, 6-4. The Broad Beans continued their impressive run with a 4-1 victory over the George Street Bastards. Gorking Wanderers, however, succumbed to Backstreet Moyes, losing by 4-2.

DIVISION TWO

Division 2 was equally thrilling with Only Put Matip In securing a resounding 7-2 victory against Cunning Stunts. Leave My Arcelona stunned AgeDoesntMata with a dominant 13-3 win. Survey Monkeys outplayed Goals Aloud in a 12-3 rout while Eze Top 3 triumphed over Only Kruls And Horses with a 7-4 scoreline.

DIVISION THREE

In Division 3, Adam Johnsons U9s overcame Kick It In The Net-ics 5-2, while His Mind FC clinched a hard-fought 5-3 victory against top of the table Rejects FC in the shock of the night. Fiorentina Turner brushed aside Schofields U15s with a 5-0 win and Expected Toulouse FC beat The Jefecitos 4-1. Casuals impressed with a 3-1 win over Bumfica to round off the action.
