Abingdon Monday 5 a side news - match day 9

In the exciting world of local football, the Abingdon Monday 5-a-side Football league continued into its ninth week showcasing thrilling matches across five divisions.

DIVISION ONE

In Division 1, Cunning Stunts outmanoeuvred Klopps And Robbers with a commanding 5-2 victory. The Six Offenders and Only Put Matip In, game ended in a 3-3 draw which was enough to seal the title for Six Offenders. The division saw a closely contested match between Royal Madrid who narrowly defeated The Broad Beans 3-2.

DIVISION TWO

Division 2 saw a remarkable performance by Pablo Escoballers defeating Local Benchwarmers with a scoreline of 24-1, marking the highest scoring match of the week across all divisions. Osama managed a clean 4-0 win over Only Kruls And Horses.

DIVISION THREE

Division 3 hosted a trio of exciting matches. Expected Toulouse FC clinched a narrow 3-2 win against Fiorentina Turner. Sons Of Pitches dominated His Mind FC with a staggering 10-1 victory, while Pathetico Madrid triumphed over Only Fools And Forklifts with a scoreline of 8-3.

DIVISION FOUR

Division 4 saw quite a few goals as well. Ange Summers swept past Guehi Pride with a convincing 10-2 win. Xavi Dodgers clinched a 5-2 victory over Optek Utd, while Tescos Finest narrowly defeated BarcaBoneHer 3-2.

DIVISION FIVE

Finally, in Division 5, AgeDoesntMata outplayed Bumfica with a 4-2 win. The match between Casuals and Survey Monkeys ended in a 2-2 draw. Hardly Athletic had an impressive performance against Matty And The Colonisers, ending the match at 5-0.

As the league progresses to the final week, we are eagerly looking forward to the next week's matches, anticipating more thrilling performances and nail-biting finishes.
