Abingdon Thursday 5 a side match day report!

Good to see all teams in attendance last night at our Abingdon Thursday 5 a side apart from new team Airwings who weren't able to start yesterday. 

There was no change at the top of the tables. In the Premier League where we have space for new teams Carlos Puhol had a great win over Laddington Bears 9-2 while Nathan Collins and Eagles picked up points match wins.

In Div 1, leaders Wootton FC and also Xavi Dodgers won points matches while Narcos stayed in touch with Wootton at the top with a 7-2 victory against Out On Bale. The other result saw B09 FC win a tight contest with Burton's Boys 4-3 to climb to 5th.

The two leading teams in Div 2 pushed on as top of the table FC Hog won 14-1 against Zircotekkas while SWXI beat Eat Sleep Lose Repeat 6-2. Sweaty Stockman performed well as they won 9-1 against Megs Fit while The Pie Eaters picked up their second win of the season with a 5-2 success against Avengers Assemble.
