Abingdon Thursday night returns to complete the week

Amazing to get all 3 nights back up and running at Tilsley Park as our Abingdon Thursday evening 5 a side rounded off a brilliant first week back.

Realistically the Premier League title was won last night as Nathan Collins FC pushed past the 100 goal mark with a 11-1 win over Arselona to go 4 points clear at the top with a massive goal difference advantage over Fat Fighters who sit second after picking up a win of their own with victory over Mandy's Boys 6-3. John and his Murder On Zidanes Floor team moved up into third as they won by the same scoreline against Chicken Tikka Mo Salah while Xavi Dodgers took the points in their game with Narcos 8-3.

In Division 1 there is still so much to play for at the top with two weeks remaining. Eagles United are soaring high at the moment but can Exeter Gently or Jewventus knock them off their perch. Eagles won 4-1 last night and know that they need just one more win to secure promotion and two more wins for the title. The two chasing teams Exeter and Jewventus met and it was Exeter who returned looking strong after the enforced break as they ran out comfortable winners 11-0 to move into second. In other results The Laddingdon Bears hit double figures as they beat Borussua Teeth 10-4 while Carlos Puhol and Megs Fit shared a 3-3 draw.

Thank you to all our teams last night and our refs Warren, Alan and Dean. It's been a huge first week back and amazing to be able to get back out there on the football pitch.
