Bacon Sane given tough test by Carlos Puhol

An excellent Thursday night 5 a side at Tilsley Park last night with all teams in attendance.

Premier League champions and leaders Bacon Sane managed to keep up their 100% start to the season with a tough 3-1 win over newly promoted Carlos Puhol. Also with 3 wins from 3 are DWFC who beat Squirrel FC 8-3 to stay level on points with Sane. New team Wootton FC started with a narrow 3-2 in against Pique Blinders while Nathan Collins had a points match win to stay 3rd.

In Div 1 Fat Fighters are the new leaders as they overcame a depleted Class on Grass 12-5 to leapfrog Geri Hattricks on goal difference to go top. Geri Hattricks still keep their 100% record in tact though as they beat Narcos 4-1. In other matches Megs Fit defeated The Mighty Ducks 3-1 while there was a points match win for Tekkerslovakia.
