Collins and Puhol pull clear at Abingdon Thursday 5 a side

Another fantastic evening of football at Tilsley Park as our Abingdon Thursday 5 a side league entered week number 3. Also there's some good news for the league, the space in Div 1 is now full, in fact we also now have a team on the waiting list too.

The top two in the Premier League have pulled away from the chasing pack as multiple title winners Nathan Collins FC top the table while Carlos Puhol are keeping pace with them. Collins had a handsome win over reigning champions SWXI 13-3 while Carlos had a much closer game as they won 7-5 against Div 1 champions Out On Bale. In the other Prem game FC Hog got their first win of the season beating Eagles 3-2 to lift them off the bottom.

Narcos remain on top of Div 1 as they picked up a points match win while Eat Sleep Lose Repeat also managed to keep their 100% record going, winning an epic end to end match with Sweaty Stockman 8-7. Xavi Dodgers won for the first time this season as they went away to Realsosobad and returned with a 3-2 victory.

There are no 100% records left in Div 2 as leaders The Pie Eaters went down 5-2 at home to Gylfi Pleasures, Gylfi are only second on goal difference now. Savills Wanderers are also in the mix on 4 points as they won 5-3 against Zircotekkas while Man Titty won for the first time with a 5-2 victory against Megs Fit, all teams in the division are now off the mark for the season which is great to see.
