Congratulations to Nathan Collins FC & Fat Fighters FC

Our Abingdon Thursday 5 a side season came to a close last night. A huge congratulations to Nathan Collins FC who dominated the Premier League with 14 wins out of 14 to lift the trophy. Collins have been banging in goals for fun this season with a total of 143 being scored and only 19 conceded. Murder On Zidane's Floor claimed the runners up spot with a 2-1 win over Jewventus while Tekkerslovakia finished a further point behind after a 7-4 victory against Xavi Dodgers. Narcos finished the season strongly as they beat Tropical Vibes 5-2.

In Div 1 the honours go to the champions Fat Fighters who rounded off  their season with a 4-3 win over Laddington Bears. Chicken Tikka Mo Salah are flying at the moment and take the second promotion place with a 12-3 win over Megs Fit.  The other two games in Div 1 saw a 3-3 draw between Carlos and Eagles while Milan narrowly beat Exeter 5-4.

Thank you to all teams on a great season and see you next week for the start of the new one. A fresh start for all teams, a tougher challenge for those promoted and maybe something a little easier for those relegated sides. Fixtures will be out today! We start on Thursday 10th September!
