End Of Season at Abingdon Thursday 5 a side

It was an excellent finish to the Abingdon Thursday 5 a side season this week with some fantastic games taking place and 3 teams crowned champions of their divisions.

Multiple Premier League champions Nathan Collins reclaimed the Premier League title this season after losing out to SWXI last time out. This was despite a final day loss to Carlos Puhol who finished the season third just two points behind the champions after a 7-5 win. SWXI weren't able to finish off the season level on points with Collins as they went down 12-8 to Berinsfield Rejects but another good season for them. Rejects will be a force when the new season kicks off!

Eat Sleep Lose Repeat are the Division 1 champions as they won a nine goal thriller 5-4 against Realsosobad on the final day. Sweaty Stockman are also promoted, they picked up a points match victory with Greenhorn away. In the other game Narcos and Xavi Dodgers had a end to end encounter which finished in a 10-5 win for Narcos.

Gylfi Pleasures are the Div 2 champions, finishing four points clear of The Pie Eaters who are also promoted. Gylfi ended the season with a points match win with Savills away this week while The Pie Eaters sealed second spot with a 5-0 win over Megs Fit. The other match saw Zircotekkas defeat new team Sub-Standard Liege 6-2.
