Abingdon Wednesday 5 a side kicks off before Christmas

The teams returned to Tilsley Park last night to kick off the new 5 a side Wednesday night season before the Christmas break.

FC Hog got their first Premier League campaign off to a winning start as they defeated new team Nice Guys Finish Last 6-1. Hog have come all the way up from Division 2 and will be hoping to make a good go of it in the Prem this season. The Champions Ye Mon FC also made a winning start as they beat last seasons Runners Up Abingdons FC 8-5. Hagdons won by the same scoreline against Trade FC while there was a points match win for newly promoted Bad Kompany with KanteFitMyWillian being away.

After missing out on promotion last season Bayern Neverlosen will be aiming to lift the Div 1 title this season. They picked up a victory in their opening match with a 9-5 win over Spread The Play. The Mighty Ducks had a great first match as they won 7-3 against Ale Stars while Shaktar Last Night secured a win over new boys Fernando Tories 8-7. Finally the two relegated sides met again as I Bet You Look Good On Zidanes Floor won against Slough Posse 5-4.

There were 3 big wins in Div 2 to start us off as Pathetico Madrid went top with a resounding 12-0 win against Unremarkables FC. Club De Cot also had their shooting boots on as they beat Crouchy Utd 12-1 while there was a 10-1 win for Chamakh over Brad's Formula. In the other fixture FC Spangled returned to win against Kipsta 2-0.
