Abingdon Wednesday 5 a side news - match day 4

We were treated to an exhilarating display of skill and tenacity during week 4 of the highly anticipated Abingdon Wednesday football league. The love for the beautiful game was palpable as teams across three divisions, the Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2, gave their all in a bid to secure the top spot in their respective divisions.

PREMIER LEAGUE

In the Premier League, the match that caught everyone's eye was between Ballotellitubies and Basically Barca. Ballotellitubies lit up the pitch with a commanding performance ending in a 10-5 victory. The Mighty Ducks also stormed past Big Justice FC with a 7-1 victory to go top while Tedrooney Gfc edged out Spraggys Chopper FC in a nail-biting 8-7 game.

DIVISION ONE  

Division 1 saw FCUOB secure a solid 4-2 triumph against Hangover 96. Shy Teds FC, however, couldn't resist Maragonna's onslaught, losing 7-3 in a game brimming with high octane action. Shaggers United didn't disappoint either, securing a 6-2 victory over Park The Airbus.

DIVISION TWO

Finally, in Division 2, Ale Stars dominated JET FC with an 8-2 victory. Spoonies FC, unfortunately, couldn't hold up against Slough Posse FC, losing heavily with a 13-4 final score.

As the season progresses, we eagerly await the next round of matches, anticipating more electrifying performances from these stellar teams.
