Abingdon Wednesday 5 a side result round up!

Thank you to all our Abingdon 5 a side Wednesday teams at Tilsley Park as the second round of matches this season took place.

G Block Europe showed their title credentials as they defeated reigning champions Saky Thirds 5-2 while former champions Ye Mon went top as they continued their good start to the season with a 12-2 victory over Trade FC. Two teams that bounced back from defeat last week are Abingdons who won 7-1 against Hardly Athletic while Fatzio beat Slough Posse 8-3.

Bad Kompany have made an impressive start in Div 1 and they went top after a 8-2 win against Crouchy United. Ale Stars are second after they also had a reasonably comfortable victory in their match with Obi Wan, Kenobi, Nill with a 6-0 scoreline. In other matches there was plenty of goals between FC Hog and Bayern Neverlosen FC as Hog ran out 13-6 winners while The Mighty Ducks beat The Gardeners 8-2.

Spread the play top Div 2 on goal difference after a big 21-0 win over The Unremarkables which puts them above Kipsta who came through a tough match with Cheat Codes to win 3-1. The match of the day was between Chamakh and Shaktar as Chamakh won a 13 goal thriller 7-6. Finally there was a points match win for FC Spangled with BTEC Moscow being away, BTEC will be back next week.
