The Abingdon Wednesday 5-a-side football league continued with some thrilling encounters in the Premier League and Division 1 this week.

In the Premier League, Basically Barca made a spectacular performance by trouncing Slough Posse FC 8-1 in an eye-catching display of offensive prowess. Meanwhile, The Mighty Ducks edged out Maragonna in a high-scoring classic that ended 12-6 in favour of the Ducks. Holdmybeer and Botley Wanderers played out an evenly contested match, finishing with a 5-5 draw, and Botleys Finest managed a comfortable 4-0 victory against FCUOB.
