New Abingdon 5 a side Wednesday season kicks off!

NEW ABINGDON 5 A SIDE WEDNESDAY SEASON KICKS OFF!

We began the new 5 a side season at Tilsley Park last night we should take as through to the warmer weather. We did have a few teams away for the first round of games, Easter holiday's is always a tricky couple of weeks. Here's a look at the first knockings of the new season:

PREMIER LEAGUE

Botley Wanderers enjoyed a good start to the season as they went top of the Premier League with a 11-5 win over The Mighty Ducks. Retail picked up a picked up a 5-0 win with Goring Gobs away for a couple of weeks while FCUOB also had a 5-0 win due to the last remaining space in the league.

DIVISION ONE

Tom Cleary banged in five goals as Basically Barca stormed to the top of Div 1 with an emphatic 12-1 victory against Proseshionals. Botley's Finest picked up a 5-0 win with Berinsfield away until next week while Abingdon's Finest won their first game 7-4 against Slough Posse.

DIVISION TWO

New boy's Black and White went top of Div 2 after winning a thriller 6-5 against Maragonna while another great game took place between Serious Heat and Ale Stars, ending 4-4, Jack Cripps scoring a hat-trick for Heat. Outer Milan and Bayern Neverlosen were both away so their result goes in as 0-0.
