There was some sensational 6-a-side action on display this week at the Towcester Centre for Leisure in the Towcester Monday 6-a-side league.
Champaigne Super Rovers continued their fine form, and faced a tough test against Aziz Ball, where they came out on top to win 8-4 and maintain their position atop the standings. They managed to open up a one-point gap as well, thanks to Vectors Army drawing 4-4 with Hardly Athletic.
Reigning champs Pooventus' dismal run continued as Sloths FC ran away with the tie to claim a 5-1 win. GOC Returns won 3-1 against Atletico Old Boys.
But the story of the night was definitely Boca Seniors, as they absolutely dismantled A Few Broken Men and stormed to a 15-1 (!) victory in what could potentially be the performance of the season.
