Towcester Monday 6-a-side: Reaching the chequered flag

As we approach the tail-end of the Towcester Monday 6-a-side league season, things are hotting up with the title in sight. 

Vectors Army remained in pole position after a walkover, just needing to avoid defeat in their final game to clinch the title. 

Boca Seniors held off a spirited Towcester Young Boys side to win 4-3 and keep their title hopes just about alive, but matters are out of their hands, and they'll be hoping for a miracle on the final matchday. 

Hardly Athletic climbed out of the bottom two with a 3-1 win against WNC, while Pooventus cruised past Last in the Kitchen FC 4-1, and Champaigne Super Rovers kept their top two hopes afloat with a 3-1 win over Is Your Motherwell.
