In the heart-pounding world of 6-a-side football, the Solihull Monday League has kicked off its fresh season in grand style. Fans gathered to witness the inaugural matches of both premier league and division one, with each division featuring exhilarating match-ups and incredible individual performances.

The first week of the Premier League saw some fierce competition. Puyolpantsdown FC struggled against the formidable AG Milan, losing 0-2. Peas FC took on Jub Jub FC in a thrilling game that ended in a 3-1 victory for the Peas. Only Put Matip In delivered a resounding victory of 6-1 over Oaps. The star of the opening week of the Premier League was undeniably Joe Talbot from Peas FC who managed to net an impressive total of one goal, earning himself the title of the week's top scorer for the division.

Over in Division 1, the action was equally captivating. WITHORWITHOUT FC and 2 IN THE PINK played out a balanced 2-2 draw. Zooted and Booted were overwhelmed by Bacas FC in a riotous 3-8 game. And in a match that had fans on their toes, Sheilas Wheels FC were outclassed by Get The Paqueta In, with the latter winning 0-4.

The star on the Division 1 pitch was Damian Kelly of Bacas FC. With a stunning total of eight goals to his name, Kelly became the top scorer for Division 1 in the opening week of the season.
