Sunday 30th March - University of Birmingham Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in game week 8 of the season in the University of Birmingham Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance barring a handful of cancellations owing to Mothers Day, we look forward to seeing everyone return this week as normal.

In the Premier League, the Avengers Assombalonga held Sevilla Tism FC to an even 1-1 draw. Cadballerz pulled off an impressive 3-0 shutout against Jiggy Jiggy United. However, the highlight of the division was the thrilling match between Chivas Supplemento and DADS ARMY, with the latter scoring a whopping 9 goals to 1. Stef of DADS ARMY, with his brilliant performance, scored 5 of the 9 goals, securing his place as the division's top scorer.

In Division 1, 3 Small Plates FC overpowered 3 4 A 1na with a resounding 9-0 victory. The Hungry Boys dominated AFC Domi Force 3-0, while Munter Hunters narrowly defeated Gary Glitchards Gorgeous Guys 1-0.

Division 2 saw a nail-biting match between Shlongball and SOLless CAMBPELLends, with Shlongball emerging victorious at 4-3. Bocat Army and Sharkys Saints shared the spoils with a 2-2 draw, while Dead Ballers FC snatched a win against Ringers FC with a score of 2-1.

In Division 3, The Cotters triumphed over Encounter Attack with a 7-1 scoreline, and WIP U23s notched up a win against LILMBB with 3-1 on the board.

Finally, in Division 4, 6 LITTLE BIRDS FC edged Steel & Iron 1-0. Ellis Ate Jonah FC saw off Dilshads United 4-1, while Moseley Magpies secured a victory against I Put My Heart In This with a 4-2 win.
