League Cancelled due to COVID-19

???? LEAGUE CANCELLED ????

???? Due to further concerns over the health and well-being of the public with the escalating issues surrounding the COVID-19 virus, we have, locally, decided to cancel all our leagues with immediate effect. 

The safety and health of individuals is more important to us and we feel it is ethically right to do our part to ensure the spread of the virus is contained. Whilst we feel exercise is important for both the mind and body, the risk factor is becoming too high. We equally do not want teams to feel they have to attend games to ensure they do not drop points etc, as this is becoming far bigger than football. (What would Bill Shankly say!!) 

I’m sure you will all understand and respect this decision. We will further update you on resuming the leagues, as most sporting ventures are doing, on Sat 4 April.
