Northampton 7-a-side Tuesday league: Results of the week

There were plenty of goals scored this week in the Northampton Tuesday 7-a-side across four cracking matches of football. 

Post Magnet continued to hold their lead on top of the standings with a solid 3-0 win over 1200 United,  as their closest chasers Pique United had a points match and received a 5-0 walkover. 

Vic Farm FC and Injuries R Us clashed in a thrilling encounter, with both teams ending the tie locked in at 3-3. This allowed Unathletico Madrid to leapfrog Injuries R Us to claim third position on the table, as they comfortably beat Crystal Phallus 3-0.

The match of the round, however, was easily the nine-goal thriller between Dribblers Unite and Sean Paul United, as the latter secured a 6-3 win in a fabulous encounter.
