Goals are a staple of Northampton's intense 7-a-side Tuesday league, and this week was no different as there was some cracking action on the University of Northampton pitches.
Tabe-toppers Pique United maintained their 100% record this season with an eighth win on the trot, dispatching Sean Paul United 5-1. Injuries 'R Us and Dribblers Unite played out the most pulsating game of the week by far, with the former claiming a 5-3 win to move up into fourth place in the standings.
1200 United won their match against Unathletico Madrid 4-2 to move up to third, while Crystal Phallus edged out Vic Farm FC 3-2 to claim only their second win of the campaign.
Second-placed Post Magnet FC claimed a 5-0 walkover due to the vacant spot in the league, and are now in great shape to dethrone table-toppers Pique United when they take each other on next week.
