Northampton 7-a-side Tuesday league: Weekly roundup

The Northampton 7-a-side Tuesday league season carried on in full swing this week with some cracking matches that caused some important movements on the table.  

The action kicked off with a tasty top-of-the-table clash between Pique United and Post Magnet FC, but the game was more one-sided than imagined, as Post Magnet cruised to a brilliant 5-0 victory to leapfrog their opponents atop the table. 

Unathletico Madrid beat Dribblers United 4-2 in an exciting encounter, while Sean Paul United bounced back from a heavy defeat last week to win 2-1 against 1200 United. Injuries R Us climbed into third place with a 2-0 victory over Crystal Phallus, while Vic Farm FC received a 5-0 walkover in their points match due to a vacant spot in the league.
