Sunday 12th January - Worcester Round-Up

It was another fantastic evening's football in the Worcester Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches across the four divisions, the only exception being Up The Sauce who failed to attend, and a cancellation from Two Girls One Schlupp, who we look forward to seeing return on Sunday 19th January.

In the Premier League division, the match between Is Your Motherwell and INTER YOUR NAN FC witnessed a nail-biting competition, with the latter clinching victory through a slender 2-1 margin. Not In Your Mums Forest produced an impressive display, steamrolling past Only Matip In with a scoreline of 5-0. However, it was Squirt Zouma’s thrilling 4-3 victory over La Familia that kept football enthusiasts on the edge of their seats.

Moving on to Division 1, Brom FC edged out BTD FC in a close 2-1 contest. Donnarumma Kebab SFC reigned supreme over Victor Moses Lawn, recording a convincing 6-0 victory. The adrenaline-rushing match between La Familia 2 and John Duran A Marathon ended in La Familia 2's favor with a 3-1 win, while Holding Matip’s 5-0 triumph against Toe Poke FC highlighted their dominance.

Division 2 saw Brexit Ballers falling to Broken Ankles 3-0 and Chum Fc securing a 5-1 win against Fruity Dons FC. PLJ FC dominated over Ben's Balls, walking away with a 4-1 victory.

Meanwhile, in Division 3, Chaps FC succumbed to a 2-0 defeat against Desex Friends, while The 69ers and Oldbury Park Old Boys entwined in a thrilling 3-3 draw. Tikki Takka Toe and Macgregors Mighty Men recorded victories against South Wales United and Romasexuals, respectively.
