Sunday 15th September - Worcester Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Worcester Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled and some well competed matches played throughout the night, the only exception to this being Super Six who will be spoken to accordingly to confirm their return on Sunday 22nd September.

In the Premier League division, Mafia FC trounced Victor Moses Lawn with a resounding 8-4 victory, showing their dominance in the competition. On the other hand, the match between Haller You Kante and CHAMPS FC turned out to be a close contest with Haller You Kante ultimately edging out CHAMPS FC by a score of 6-4.

Moving to Division 1, Brom FC exuded top form by resoundingly defeating Sussy Six 5-1. Oliver Skipp Leg Day narrowly triumphed over Toe Poke FC 2-1, while Not In Your Mums Forest also scored a narrow victory over BTD FC with 2-1. However, the show-stopper of the evening was Haller You Kante 2, who recorded an astonishing victory of 11-1 against Wagons Roll FC.

In Division 2, the fixtures saw PLJ FC and Brexit Ballers playing out a goalless draw. Name TBC and Romasexuals also shared the spoils with a 1-1 draw. Sin-Bier-Bush FC edged past Donnarumma Kebab SFC 2-1, whereas Holding Matip completely outclassed Leek In Defence with a whopping 10-2 victory.

As for top scorers, Premier League saw Mafia FC's striker rising to the occasion with a hattrick, Division 1's standout was Haller You Kante 2's forward with a mesmerizing four-goal haul, and Holding Matip's player was the star in Division 2, netting five goals in their victory.
