Sunday 17th September - Worcester University End of Season

It was a fantastic end to the season in the Worcester Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches as scheduled and some nailbiting fixtures played in both divisions to determine where the title went!

In the Premier League, CHAMPS FC couldn't keep up with 6 Offenders, finishing the game with a 2 - 5 loss. In another nail-biting match, Maradona Kebab dominated the field against PLJ FC, securing a solid 6 - 1 victory. SEATS R US won over Injured FC with a 3 - 1 scoreline to end up finishing in second place.

However, the spotlight was on Worcester Team, who clinched the Premier League title with an impressive total of 21 points and 9 wins. A testament to consistent teamwork and ultimately, a goalless draw against Haller You Kante was enough to see them crowned champions by a single point!

Meanwhile, in Division 1, Crapoli outplayed 6IX OFFENDERS, ending the match at 6 - 3. Haller You Kante 2 delivered a stunning performance against LEAVEMEARSELONA, finishing the game at 10 - 1. The game between 2 Left Feet and Brom FC ended in a stalemate with neither side managing to score.

The triumphant Haller You Kante 2, with an outstanding tally of 22 points and 10 wins, were crowned as the winners of Division 1. Their relentless perseverance and tactical brilliance paid off, marking them as the team to watch as they go up next campaign.
