Sunday 22nd October - Worcester University Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the University of Worcester Sunday 6 a side league this week overall, with all teams in attendance for their matches as scheduled, the only exception being Victor Moses Lawn who will be spoken to accordingly to confirm their return on Sunday 29th October.

In the Premier League division, GD Palops Worcester secured a commanding victory over Matip Or Dalot with a scoreline of 5-2. This was closely followed by Worcester Team's clean sheet against Injured FC, finishing 5-0. UoW Futsal 1 demonstrated their dominance over Haller You Kante, ending the game with a 3-1 victory.

Division 1 saw some high-scoring matches, with 2 Left Feet defeating LEAVEMEARSELONA by an impressive 9-1. In another showdown, Haller You Kante 2 triumphed over Not In Your Mums Forest, with the final score at 4-1. CHAMPS FC dismantled PLJ FC, scoring six goals against one, while 6IX DEFENDERS managed to edge past Brom FC with a score of 3-2.

In Division 2, INTER Ya Nan outplayed Andy Grays Anatomy, scoring 5 goals to 3. MurderOnZidanesFloor narrowly defeated Name TBC with a 1-0 victory. The most significant win was by CUNNY FUNTS, who demolished Romasexuals 20-0, while The Mechanics rode to a 7-1 victory over Bens Balls.

The fifth week of the Worcester Sunday Football League has truly showcased the competitive spirit and determination of these teams.
