It was a good evening's football in the Worcester University 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night, the only exceptions being two teams. Notinurmoms Forest who return to action next week, and Super Six for the second consecutive week, and as such have been removed from the league.
In the Premier League, a thrilling contest unfolded between CHAMPS FC and Grupo Desportivo Dos Palops -Worcester with the latter coming out on top in a 16-goal thriller, securing a 9-7 victory. In another fixture, Victor Moses Lawn squared off against Haller You Kante in a more defensively-minded match, ending in a 2-2 stalemate.
Division 1 saw an equally dynamic week of football as Brom FC edged out Haller You Kante 2 in a tightly contested 3-2 win. BTD FC also enjoyed success, defeating Wagons Roll FC 3-1. However, the standout result in this division undoubtedly came as Oliver Skipp Leg Day dominated Sussy Six with a convincing 7-1 victory.
In Division 2, Brexit Ballers managed a narrow 2-1 victory against Holding Matip, while Sin-Bier-Bush FC notched up a resounding 4-0 triumph over Romasexuals. The most goals in this division were seen in the matchup between PLJ FC and Name TBC, where Name TBC edged out their opponents in a high-scoring 5-3 win.
