Sunday 25th August - University of Worcester Round-Up

It was a good end to the season in the Worcester University Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches throughout the night, barring Cunny Funts, Holding Matip and Inter Ya Nan who all return to action for the first round of fixtures for the new campaign.

In the Premier League, CUNNY FUNTS have emerged as the undisputed champions, accumulating an impressive total of 24 points with their relentless 12 wins. The final match saw CHAMPS FC secure an 8-5 victory against 6IX DEFENDERS, while Scoregasm dominated Out On Bale with a scoreline of 6-1. Mafia FC fought valiantly but fell short to SUPER SIX, who triumphed 8-4.

Down in Division 1, Haller You Kante proved their dominance with 21 points and 10 wins. The closing matches saw them secure a 2-1 victory over Brexit Ballers. Victor Moses Lawn outplayed Name TBC with a stunning 6-2 win, while Not In Your Mums Forest and Oliver Skipp Leg Day ended their season with a 2-2 stalemate.

The Division 2 trophy goes to Haller You Kante 2, with a commendable total of 23 points and 11 wins. Leek In Defence closed out their season with a 5-2 win over BTD FC, and PLJ FC suffered a 0-6 defeat to Haller You Kante 2. Romasexuals and Mighty Rapids ended on a high note with a 1-3 scoreline.
