Sunday 2nd March - University of Worcester Round-Up

Overall it was a good evening's football in the Worcester Sunday 6 a side league this week.  We were however disappointed to see three teams missing, but welcome back all of these this weekend coming on Sunday 9th March.

We also welcome new team Crapoli to the league this Sunday, wishing these good luck going into their debut game with us.

In the Premier League, INTER YOUR NAN FC and Only Matip In demonstrated their dominance. INTER YOUR NAN FC kept a clean sheet against LEAVEMYARSELONA, securing a 3 - 0 win. Only Matip In overcame Not In Your Mums Forest with a 3 - 1 victory. On the other hand, La Familia managed a narrow win against Tvt Fc with a final score of 2 - 1.

In Division 1, Victor Moses Lawn and Holding Matip emerged as the top winners. Victor Moses Lawn edged out Donnarumma Kebab SFC 2 - 1, while Holding Matip dominated Toe Poke FC with a 5 - 2 victory. The highlight of the division, however, was John Duran A Marathon's 8-goal spree against La Familia 2, ending the game at 8 - 0.

Division 2 saw Chum Fc and PLJ FC taking the lead with Chum Fc defeating Fruity Dons FC 3 - 2, and PLJ FC routing Ben's Balls with a striking 4 - 0.

In Division 3, Desex Friends, Oldbury Park Old Boys and Macgregors Mighty Men all clinched victories. Desex Friends outperformed Chaps FC with a 4 - 2 win, while Oldbury Park Old Boys narrowly beat The 69ers 3 - 2. Macgregors Mighty Men kept a clean sheet against Romasexuals with a 3 - 0 win.
