Sunday 9th March - Worcester Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worcester Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches as scheduled across all four divisions.

We are delighted to confirm the addition of new team Fish and a Reus Cake to the league this week, wishing these good luck going into their debut game on Sunday 16th March!

In the Premier League division, the game of the night was undoubtedly the hair-raising match between LEAVEMYARSELONA and La Familia. Despite a fierce fight, La Familia managed to sneak a victory with a 3-2 win. INTER YOUR NAN FC dominated their game against Active Python, triumphing with a staggering 9-1 victory, marking the highest score of the night across all divisions.

Division 1 was no less entertaining. In a thrilling match, Holding Matip managed to edge out La Familia 2 with a 4-3 win. BTD FC also won their game against Victor Moses Lawn with a 3-2 victory, making this their third consecutive win of the season.

Over in Division 2, the highest scoring match of the division was between Ben's Balls and Two Girls One Schlupp, ending in a 6-4 victory for the latter. Broken Ankles secured a convincing 5-0 win against Fruity Dons FC, proving they are serious contenders this season.

Division 3 saw Chaps FC dominate their match against Macgregors Mighty Men, finishing with a powerful 5-0 win. Tikki Takka Toe also displayed their prowess with a 4-0 victory over Romasexuals.
