End of Season at Maidstone Wednesday 6 a side!

Thank you to all our teams on another fantastic season of 6 a side football at Valley Park School in Maidstone as the dust settles on a season which has seen Astro Worldies dominate proceedings in the Premier League and an exciting promotion race in Div 1 won by 2 Goals 1 Cup.

Congratulations to Astro Worldies on achieving the perfect season with 14 wins from 14 games. They also had the Premier League Golden Boot winner Harrison Mayhew in their side who fired in 33 goals in another productive season at Valley Park. The rest of the Premier League battled it out for the runners up spot which went to Real Ale Madrid as they sealed it with a 5-4 win over Geri Hat-tricks. Mind Of Mata and Exeter Gently head towards Div 1.

Congratulations to our Div 1 Champions 2 Goals 1 Cup who secured the title and promotion by two points on the final day. Unfortunately 2 Girls 1 Schlupp weren't able to play the final game but it's been a fantastic title race with Schlupp just missing out on promotion finishing in third. Seshball sealed promotion and the runners up spot with a 9-1 win on the final day as they beat Kazakhstan, Nic Bell scoring a double hat-trick to add to goals from Luke Frost 2 and Jacob Hodges, Bell winning the Div 1 Golden Boot with 31 goals this season. I'm looking forward to seeing how the two promoted sides fair in the Premier League, can they challenge Astro Worldies?

Congratulations to Joe Rabbett of 2 Goals 1 Cup who wins the leagues Most Valuable Player award. Remember you need to be registered as a player for your team on the system to get MVP awards each week.
